Close Lab¶

Destroy a lab worktree. Persist only notes already captured elsewhere (Work space / findings you chose). Source tree is deleted.

When to use¶

• Lab engagement finished.
• User says close / tear down / delete the analysis copy.

Procedure¶

1. Confirm the lab id (directory name under data_root/lab/).
2. Confirm any notes to keep are already outside the lab dir.
3. Delete:

make close-lab ID=SLUG

The CLI refuses ids with .. or /. 4. Do not copy the tree into git, Calibre, or a RAG index on the way out.

Anti-patterns¶

• Don't persist employer source "just in case".
• Don't run rm -rf on paths outside data_root/lab/.
