When¶

Default for scoped implementation. One agent, approval-gated edits, verifier at the end.

Need parallel exploration or an isolated reviewer with no write access.

Unchanged from ../../handoff/routing-policy.md. private_sensitive stays local. OmniRoute is transport for cloud-eligible traffic only.

Use the default task loop. No extra workers.
